Wooden plugs and tunnels made from recycled skateboards. Each pair is made to your size and finished by hand with skin-safe oil.

Any size, including half sizes. I make up to 80mm, and bigger on request. If your ears are different sizes, I make each one to fit.
Your colour. Colours come from the skateboards I have at the time. Tell me what you'd like and I'll find the closest match.
Light maple. Skateboard maple is a hardwood, but it stays light, even in bigger sizes.
Your wearable length. Plugs and tunnels can be made longer or shorter, depending on how you want them to sit.
Finished properly. Every pair gets several coats of skin-safe oil and time to cure before it ships. Making takes about a week.

Made for stretched ears that are hard to fit, and for ears that react to other materials.

What customers say

★★★★★

“I'd been looking for plugs like these for awhile, but I could only find ones that were crazy expensive, outrageous shipping cost, or in colour schemes I wasn't crazy about. Then I found Baltic Dew and there was a super reasonably priced custom option where I could request preferred colours. There weren't any options with all the colours I wanted, so Rasa reached out and let me choose between 2 options or have one of each. They arrived fairly quickly, packaged with care, and turned out amazing. I LOVE THEM.”

★★★★★

“Love these tunnels. Can choose any size you need, which is great as my lobes are size 32mm and after around 20mm the choices for plugs/tunnels go down drastically. Very good customer service, showed me a few different colour choices. Very comfy and I'm sure the seller can do any customs you need.”

I've made sizes up to 72mm.

How it works

Choose your size (half sizes too) and colour.

I make your pair over about a week, with several coats of skin-safe oil and time to cure.
It arrives in a gift box or pouch, depending on size, with a care card.

HOW TO CARE FOR THEM

Take them out before showering or swimming.
Re-oil every couple of months with a skin-safe oil, such as jojoba.
Avoid soaps and harsh cleaning products.
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth when needed.
Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Frequently asked questions

Pairs made to order take about a week to make. UK delivery is then 2–3 days by Tracked 48, and international is 5–7 working days after dispatch. 10mm and 16mm are in stock if you need them sooner.

Yes. Tell me what you need. The price is the same for standard or custom sizes.

Each pair is finished with skin-safe oil. Many customers who react to other materials, even titanium, wear them without problems. If you're allergic to wood, they're not for you.

No. They're for healed ears only. Wood isn't suitable for stretching.

Everthing was awesome!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. First off, I'd been looking for plugs like these for awhile, but I could only find ones that were crazy expensive, outrageous shipping cost, or in color schemes I wasn't crazy about. Then I found Baltic Dew and there was a super reasonably priced custom option where I could request preferred colors. There weren't any options with all the colors I wanted, so Rasa reached out and let me choose between 2 options or have one of each - just the extra step that makes a good seller that much better. They arrived fairly quickly (although it was the longest wait ever because of how much I was looking forward to receiving them 😄), they were packaged with care and consideration, and turned out amazing - totally worth the wait. I LOVE THEM! Plus there was a cool keychain included. I will definitely be purchasing again!

Love these tunnels ( can choose plugs as an option too; I just wanted something as light as possible as my ears stretch very easy) can choose any size you need. Which is great as my loves are size 32mm and after around 20mm the choices for plugs/tunnels go down drastically. Very good customer service showed me a few different colour choices from my original colour I wanted. My lobes are highly allergic to literally nearly every material even titanium but wood products I’m always good with. My only downside to this is if you have fatter lobes ask for a wider tunnel bit longer as your tunnel could pop out while sleeping. Very comfy though and I’m sure the seller can do any customs you need. Will buy from again. I got a lovely free gift ( won’t ruin the surprise) and also a great howto look after care sheet.
