How long does delivery take?

Orders are handmade and usually dispatched within a few days. Delivery to the UK takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Shipping to the US and Canada takes around 7–15 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I ship to the UK, US and Canada. This may change in the future — if you are outside these countries, please get in touch before ordering.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

How is the jewellery packaged?

Each order comes in a teal paper gift box with orange tissue paper and care instructions. The box fits into a large-letter postal box for safe delivery, so no extra wrapping is used.

Can I track my order?

UK orders are always sent with tracking. For international orders, tracking depends on the shipping method selected at checkout — the standard cheapest option is not tracked.

What if my parcel doesn't arrive?

If your parcel hasn't arrived after the estimated time, please contact me and I'll help track it or replace it if needed.

Can I send my own skateboard?

Yes — UK only. Please get in touch to discuss details before ordering so we can check your deck, timings and options.

How do I choose the right ring size?

Please check the size guide linked on each ring product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, send me a message and I can help you pick the best fit.

I have sensitive ears or skin — can I wear your jewellery?

Yes. All wooden parts are coated with natural oil, and all earrings come with hypoallergenic findings such as sterling silver, surgical steel, rhodium-plated or stainless steel.

What is your colour preferences?

Custom double flare ear plugs and tunnels made from recycled skateboards.

If you cannot find the size or colour tones you are looking for in the collection, you can place a custom order. Choose tunnels or plugs, enter your gauge size, and add your preferred colour tones.

The pieces shown in the shop are only a small selection of possible colour combinations. You can request specific colour tones, and I will create a pair using the combinations currently available in the workshop.

Materials:
Recycled skateboard wood finished with skin friendly oil.

Size:
Made in your chosen gauge size. Each plug or tunnel is measured by the diameter of the wearable section with approx. 2–2.5mm wall thickness and around 10–11.5mm wearable length.

Tunnels are made with 10mm wearable length.
