Return Policy

At Baltic Dew, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt if the product is the wrong size or doesn't fit. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@balticdew.com with your order number and details of the item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on ear tunnels/plugs unless they are faulty or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@balticdew.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or repair. This applies for any damaged or faulty products.

Please be aware that custom orders and items purchased during sales or special promotions are not eligible for return or exchange. By purchasing from Baltic Dew, you agree to this return policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
