Return Policy

At Baltic Dew, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at info@balticdew.com with your order number and details of the item, or use the return request option available through your customer account.

Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, ear plugs and tunnels that have been worn or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number together with photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair or refund.

Items created to a customer's specific design or personal requirements may not be eligible for return or cancellation in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time.
