Custom double flare ear plugs and tunnels made from recycled skateboard wood.

Choose plugs or tunnels, enter your gauge size and add the colour tones you prefer. Your pair will be made using the recycled skateboard colour layers currently available.

The layered maple reveals different arrangements of colour and wood grain, so the finished pair will reflect the selected tones rather than copy a specific product image exactly.

Materials:
Recycled skateboard wood finished with skin friendly oil.

Size:
Made in your chosen gauge size. Each plug or tunnel is measured by the diameter of the wearable section with approx. 2–2.5mm wall thickness and around 10–11.5mm wearable length.

Tunnels are made with 10mm wearable length.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are wooden plugs and tunnels safe to wear?

They're suited to fully healed, fully stretched lobes. Wood is light, breathable and warms to body temperature, which many people find more comfortable than steel or acrylic for long wear. They're not for stretching with — use proper tapers and your piercer's guidance for that.

Can I wear them in the shower or swimming?

No — take them out first. The wood is finished with skin friendly oil, which makes it water-resistant but not waterproof. Prolonged damp will lift the finish and can swell the wood.

What sizes and colours do you make?

Any size. The listings show a few ready-made gauges, but the custom plugs and tunnels listing lets you order any gauge you need, and you can request a different wearable length there too. The same goes for colour — only a few combinations are listed and there are many more available than appear on the site. Message before ordering if you have something specific in mind.
