At Baltic Dew, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted jewelry promptly and securely. Below are the details of our shipping policy for orders within the United Kingdom and internationally:

Processing Time:

As our products are handcrafted from recycled skateboards, processing times vary depending on the specific item ordered. Generally, orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. If there is any delay beyond this period, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Free): All orders are shipped free of charge using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days, including Saturdays. This service includes full tracking and delivery updates.

Upgraded Shipping Option:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£3.60 upgrade): For next working day delivery, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a fee of £3.60. This service includes tracking to the delivery point, photo on delivery, and SMS or email notifications.

International Shipping (Excluding European Union):

We are pleased to offer international shipping to USA and Canada using Royal Mail International Standard or Royal Mail International Tracked, depending on your needs:

Royal Mail International Standard: A more affordable option with no tracking, typically taking 5–7 working days to most destinations.

Royal Mail International Tracked: Includes tracking and typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on the destination.

Please note: We currently do not ship to countries within the European Union due to recent changes in regulations. It might change - please keep an eye on.

Order Tracking:

For Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail International Tracked, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey to you.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and internationally, excluding the European Union.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items:

Baltic Dew is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@balticdew.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or repair.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations can be accommodated. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@balticdew.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
