Recycled Skateboard Mismatched Earrings
Couldn't load pickup availability
Mismatched earrings: each pair is two different earrings rather than a matching set. Circles paired with squares, a hexagon with an open frame, a pentagon with a triangle.
All cut from recycled skateboard decks and shaped by hand, so the colour layers sit differently in each half of the pair. Three of the pairs carry a small decorative cog, left over from a set made for a steampunk event.
Materials:
Recycled maple skateboard wood with black surgical steel hooks. Decorative metal cogs on some designs.
Size:
Approx. 30mm across, except the red hexagon and frame pair, which is approx. 40mm.

Frequently Asked Questions
What fittings do you use, and are they suitable for sensitive ears?
Stainless steel posts with butterfly backs on the studs, 25mm stainless steel hoops in silver, gold or black, and sterling silver leverbacks on the long drops. If you react to a particular metal, message before ordering — I can tell you what a given pair uses, and a different fitting can usually be fitted instead.
Are wooden earrings heavy?
No. Skateboard maple is light, so even the longer drops stay comfortable. The long drop earrings are approximately 55–60mm of wood at 7mm thick and still weigh very little compared with metal of the same size.
Will my pair look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. Each pair is cut from a deck, so the sequence of colours and the grain shift from board to board. The design, size and fittings are the same — the colour arrangement is what varies.
